Go Texan fundraiser, with a flamenco flavor

Just because it's a Go Texan event, doesn't mean it always has to be barbecue and country music.
The NASA/Clear Creek/Friendswood Metro Go Texan Subcommittee is cooking up a Celebrity Celebration Around the World dinner for 7-10 p.m. Aug. 31.
The event, which will be at Landry's Seafood House on the Kemah Boardwalk, will feature food, a cash bar, an auction and entertainment by Juan Manuel, a classical flamenco and jazz guitarist.
