Answer: Venture

First there was a Venture store, then a Kmart. When Venture closed, the Kmart moved from NASA Road 1 and the Gulf Freeway, where you have Houston Garden Centers and Big Lots now. I was shopping at that Venture once and Billy Ray Cyrus walked in a side door right where I was standing. They had some kind of meet and greet.
