League City man jailed after officer shot at

A SWAT standoff in League City over the weekend led to the arrest of a man accused of shooting at an officer.
KHOU Channel 11 reported that Saturday night's disturbance at The Fairways at South Shore apartments, 3000 W. Marina Bay Dr., turned into standoff when police arrived and the suspect shot through a window at an officer getting out of his car.
