A NEWS RELEASE FROM CCISD:
The Clear Creek Independent School District is seeking volunteers to be a part of the Fall 2010 Interested Neighbors Staying Informed on District Efforts Program, otherwise known as INSIDE CCISD. This is a dynamic program offered to community members and business leaders from the district's 13 municipalities CCISD spans.
INSIDE CCISD will give approximately 36 to 40 people, representing all areas of the district, the opportunity to take part in an interactive, in-depth 5-month learning experience.
Participants ranging from parents to business owners and retired citizens to civic leaders will go behind the scenes" of CCISD, meet the people who are responsible for programs and services, and see first-hand how the district creates a climate of success for our student population.
The INSIDE Clear Creek ISD Class of Fall 2010 will meet five times between August and December for approximately two hours once a month. It is important to note that the program agenda will be driven by the participants.
Marketing Director for the Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership and recent INSIDE CCISD graduate, Paul Chavez, summed up the program stating, INSIDE CCISD truly lives up to its name and breaks down the complex structure of running a successful school district. I believe all of us have a newly found appreciation of the school district and everything that it does to encourage and enhance our region's future."
