Engineer files complaint over red-light cameras

A retired engineer contends he shouldn't have to pay a red-light-camera ticket from League City.
The Galveston Daily News reports that George Garrett is arguing that a proper traffic engineering study was not performed before the cameras were installed:
League City's study is on an incomplete form provided by TxDOT," Garrett said. They didn't do a proper traffic engineering study, and I think it makes all their citations invalid."
