American Heart Association courses scheduled for March 16 at Christus St. John Hospital

The American Heart Association's First Aid for Children and CPR courses will be taught from 11 a.m.-noon Saturday, March 16 at Christus St. John Hospital.

According to a press release from Christus St. John Hospital, "The American Heart Association Family and Friends CPR and First Aid for Children courses teaches all of the basics for caring for an injured child. The courses are usually taken together so that you are prepared for any situation. A great class for parents, grandparents, caregivers or anyone because emergencies happen and are never planned."

The classes will cost $20.
