Sales roundup for League City, week ending Jan. 20

There were seven sales in League City for the week ending Sunday, Jan. 20, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 613 Biscayne Bend Lane. John Jeffrey Birdsall and Alice Lynn Birdsall (living trust) sold the home to John Jeffrey Birdsall and Alice Lynn Birdsall on Monday, Jan. 14.

Built in 2002, the 2,819-square-foot, two-and-a-half bath home is located in the Oak Creek Colony subdivision.
