Sales roundup for Friendswood, week ending Jan. 20

There were 11 sales in Friendswood for the week ending Sunday, Jan. 20, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 4814 Five Knolls Drive. Penny Marie Carr Runkle and Timothy A. Runkle sold the home to Rana S. Bonds on Tuesday, Jan. 15.
