Sales roundup for Texas City, week ending Jan. 20

There were three sales in Texas City for the week ending Sunday, Jan. 20, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 200 S. East Road. William O. Fritch and Carrie L. Fritch (revocable living trust) sold the home to Richard Denis Byron and Sandra K. Byron on Tuesday, Jan. 15.
