Sales roundup for Seabrook, week ending Jan. 20

There were four sales in Seabrook for the week ending Sunday, Jan. 20, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1745 Florida Drive. Kathlynn C. Bailey and Winifred Arlyne Clark (estate) sold the home to Kevin Allen Salter and Mary A. Williams Salter on Friday, Jan. 18.
