A New Dawn gives pets new beginning
Dawn Kubisz opened A New Dawn Pet Adoption Center in 2009.
It provides for abandoned animals and attempts to place them in responsible homes. In the "no kill, no cage" nonprofit, cats live in a large room where they interact with other felines, and each dog has its own private space, complete with a picket fence. Animals remain there until they are placed with a loving family.
