Clear Lake grad Beverly contributes to California Baptist University win
Houston native Jasmine Beverly contributed seven points to California Baptist University's 80-46 win over conference rival Chaminade University on Saturday, Feb. 16, the California Baptist University website reported.
The senior forward also recorded seven rebounds for the Lancers, who improved to 18-5 on the season and 12-3 in the Pacific West Conference.
California Baptist University's next game is at 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21 at home against Point Loma Nazarene University.
Beverly is a 2009 graduate of Clear Lake High School, where she played three years on the varsity squad.
She is the daughter of Chester Beverly and Veronica Beard.
