Clear Lake grad Beverly scores 21 points in Cal Baptist victory
Clear Lake High School graduate Jasmine Beverly scored 21 points in California Baptist University's 102-61 win over conference rival Brigham Young University on Feb. 14, according to the California Baptist website.
The senior forward also recorded five rebounds, one assist and two steals for the Lancers who improved to 17-5 on the season and 11-3 in conference.
California Baptist University's next game is 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16 on the road against Chaminade University.
Beverly is a 2009 graduate of Clear Lake High School where she played three years on the varsity squad. Beverly is from Houston.
