Weekly sales roundup for Webster, week ending Jan. 6
There were three sales in Webster for the week ending Jan. 6, according to BlockShopper.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2810 Plymouth Colony Drive. Debbie L. Hooper and Kenneth L. Hooper sold the home to Srp Sub LLC on Friday, Jan. 4. The 1,370-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1976 and is located in the Heritage Park Webster neighborhood, in the the Heritage Park subdivision.
Other transactions include the sale of 2835 Pilgrims Point Drive by James Burd to Srp Sub LLC and the sale of 17611 Heritage Bay Drive by Charles Castillo, Raul Castillo, Marie Coronado and Becky Moody to Martha C. White.
The Heritage Park Webster neighborhood had the most sales in the area with three.
Sales volume was 200 percent higher than the previous week and 50 percent higher than the same week in 2012. Webster has averaged one sale per week during the last 12 months.
