Weekly sales roundup for Pasadena, week ending Dec. 30

There were 15 sales in Pasadena for the week ending Dec. 30, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1312 Lawrence Ave. Virgil T. Davenport sold the home to Blanca V. Villalon and Francisco Villalon on Thursday, Dec. 27. The 788-square-foot, two-bedroom, one-bath home was built in 1944 and is located in the District D neighborhood in the Pasadena Gardens subdivision.
