Weekly sales roundup for South Houston, week ending Dec. 30

There were eight sales in South Houston for the week ending Dec. 30, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 10310 Sageberry Drive. 10310 Joe Smith Investments LLC and Stearns Property Co. Inc. sold the home to Steven Herrera on Friday, Dec. 28. The 1,390-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1975 and is located in the Kirkmont subdivision.
