The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Thursady, Jan. 17 to Saturday, Jan. 19:

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a state felony charge of theft under $1500 third offense, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 37-year-old male lives in Friendswood.

A man is facing a state felony charge of credit, debit card abuse after being arrested Jan. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 19, resides in Henderson. He was booked Jan. 18.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class B misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated first offense blood alcohol concentration .08, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 63-year-old male lives in Houston.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated first offense blood alcohol concentration .08 on Jan. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 42-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 17 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in El Doardo.

A Houston man is facing class C misdemeanor charges of violating a promise to appear, driving with an invalid license and driving without wearing a seat belt after being arrested Jan. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 33, resides on Surf Court. He was booked Jan. 17.

A man was arrested on a charge of violate violation of a health and safety code Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 22-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 19 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. He resides in Algonquin.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class A misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over .08, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 30-year-old female lives in Friendswood.

A Bacliff man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of theft between $50 and $500 after being arrested Jan. 19, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 18, resides in Jackson Ave. He was booked Jan. 19.
