Monday, Jan. 28: Beef cheesy mac with roll, beef and cheese nachos, fiesta salad, seasonal fruit, fresh cucumber slices, pinto beans and low-fat or fat-free milk

Tuesday, Jan. 29: Hot dog, melted ham and cheese, Goldfish bread sandwich, fiesta salad, seasonal fruit, seasoned green beans, carrot and cabbage salad, fruit juice and low-fat or fat-free milk

Wednesday, Jan. 30: Teriyaki meatballs with brown rice, orange chicken with brown rice, fruit plate, seasonal fruit, fresh broccoli, baked sweet potato sticks and low-fat or fat-free milk

Thursday, Jan. 31: Hamburger, vegetarian taco burger, fiesta salad, seasonal fruit, fresh spinach salad, baked fries, fruit juice and low-fat or fat-free milk
