Weekly sales roundup for Pasadena, week ending Dec. 23
There were 27 sales in Pasadena for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1202 Eva Ave. Nona J. Hamon, O.W. Hamon and Thomas F. Lay sold the home to Nona J. Hamon and O.W. Hamon on Monday, Dec. 17. The 1,303-square-foot, three-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath home was built in 1953 and is located in the District B neighborhood in the South Pasadena Villas subdivision.
Other transactions include the sale of 4113 Donerail Drive to Tammy Courtney and the sale of 1509 Harding St. to Ismael Moreno.
The District C had the most sales in the area with nine, followed by District H and District E with five each.
Sales volume was 6.8 percent lower than the previous week and 575 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Pasadena has averaged 31 sales per week during the last 12 months.
