Weekly sales roundup for Alvin, week ending Dec. 23
There were five sales in Alvin for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1007 Hamilton St. Ruby Lubojacky and Sherree Kaye Lubojacky Aif Lostracco sold the home to Ruby Lubojacky (supplemental needs trust) on Tuesday, Dec. 18. The 3,348-square-foot home was built in 2005 and is located in the Hamilton Square subdivision.
Other transactions include the sale of 1717 Coffee to Nicholas A. Johnson, Kara J. Rosser and Pacific Union Financial LLC and the sale of 1291 Pinto to Bank of America NA.
