Weekly sales roundup for Clear Lake, week ending Dec. 23

There were 26 sales in Clear Lake for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 16407 Larkfield Drive. Rebecca S. Mankus and Robert J. Mankus sold the home to Christopher S. Carlile and Jaime L. Carlile on Thursday, Dec. 20.
