Weekly sales roundup for Seabrook, week ending Dec. 23

There were four sales in Seabrook for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2321 Menard St. Charles Milby and Suzanne Milby sold the home to Howard S. Crowder Jr. and Patricia Douglas Crowder on Tuesday, Dec. 18. The 1,686-square-foot, two-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home is located in the Morristown subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 3721 Coral Reef Drive to Joshua Emmett Davidson and Christina Lizette Davidson and the sale of 2739 Sea Ledge Drive to Anees Akhter.
