Weekly sales roundup for La Porte, week ending Dec. 23

There were four sales in La Porte for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 8610 Venture Lane. Julie Martin and Barbara M. Moniz (estate) sold the home to Jason Carew on Friday, Dec. 21. The 1,570-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1993 and is located in the Brookglen subdivision.
