University of Houston Clear Lake Art School for Children and Young Adults registration open

University of Houston Clear Lake Art School for Children and Young Adults is currently accepting registrations for new classes.

Classes are open to those ages 3 and older.

According to a school release, the spring-session classes run from Sunday, Feb. 3 to Monday, April 22. Elementary students will study art of the Southwest through Native American art forms including the work of Georgia O'Keeffe and Frederic Remington. Tuition ranges from $80 to $125, depending on selected class, location and the child's age.

University of Houston Clear Lake Art School for Children and Young Adults is at 2700 Bay Area Blvd., Houston.
