Weekly sales roundup for Seabrook, week ending Dec. 16

There were six sales in Seabrook for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 3013 Shore Line Court. Shelley Renee Meyers and Torin Timothy Meyers sold the home to Dominic L. Del Rosso on Tuesday, Dec. 11. The 3,830-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home was built in 2002 and is located in the Seabrook Island subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 2601 Seashore Drive to Noureddine Tahir and Yasemin Tahir and the sale of 2929 Sea Channel Drive to Mala Belmonte and Peter Belmonte.
