Weekly sales roundup for South Houston, week ending Dec. 16
There were five sales in South Houston for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 11510 Fruitwood Drive. Naima Hailoul and Maher Muhtaseb sold the home to Sayed Hamed and Soraya Harris on Monday, Dec. 10. The 1,985-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1976 and is located in the Wood Meadow subdivision.
Other transactions include the sale of 14219 Noahs Landing Lane to Bank of America NA.
Sales volume was 61.5 percent lower than the previous week and 44.4 percent lower than the same week in 2011. South Houston has averaged seven sales per week during the last 12 months.
