Weekly sales roundup for Southeast Houston, week ending Dec. 16

There were seven sales in Southeast Houston for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 9322 Arrowhead Trace Lane. Christopher Hoang and Linh Nguyen sold the home to Thuy Duong and Tony Pham on Friday, Dec. 14. The 1,830-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 2002 and is located in the Riverstone Ranch subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 8663 Hinman St. to Ricardo Balleza and the sale of 6026 Lancaster St. to Dayra Salinas and Hector Salinas.

Sales volume matched the previous week and was 250 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Southeast Houston has averaged six sales per week during the last 12 months.
