Weekly sales roundup for La Porte, week ending Dec. 16

There were nine sales in La Porte for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 10622 North Ave. P. William A. Smith sold the home to Arthur C. Santiago and Debra Santiago on Friday, Dec. 14. The 2,520-square-foot, five-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1960 and is located in the La Porte Outlots subdivision.
