Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates at 84 gas stations in and around Clear Lake, as of Friday, Jan. 4. The average price of regular unleaded gas in Clear Lake is $3.15 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Houston average at $3.16, the state average at $3.15 and the nationwide average at $3.27.

The least expensive gas in Clear Lake was reported to be $3.03 for a gallon of regular unleaded, which gasbuddy.com contributors logged at League City Gas Mart, 222 Sh-3.

A gasbuddy.com user reported the most expensive gas in the area was $3.39 at Shell, 1910 Nasa Parkway.
