Georgiana Kramer to speak in University of Houston-Clear Lake seminar series
University of Houston-Clear Lake will present Interaction between the Lunar Surface and the Solar Wind, a lecture in its Physics and Space Spring Seminar Series, Thursday, April 4.
According to a press release, Lunar Planetary Institute Visiting Scientist Georgiana Kramer will give the lecture. It will begin at 7 p.m. in room 1218 of the university's Bayou Building.
The lecture is free to attend and open to the public. Teachers, engineers and others may attend the lecture for credit for $15.
The University of Houston-Clear Lake was founded in 1974. The university offers 40 bachelor's degrees and 45 master's degrees through its schools of business, science and computer engineering, education and human services and humanities. A second campus is located in Pearland. University president is William A. Staples.
University of Houston-Clear Lake is at 2700 Bay Area Blvd., Houston.
