Clear Brook grad Redmon plays in Bethune-Cookman loss
Clear Brook High School graduate Kiara Redmon contributed 1 point in Bethune-Cookman's 73-55 loss to Kent State on Jan. 2 at M.A.C. Center in Kent, Ohio, Bethune-Cookman's website reported.
The Bethune-Cookman University junior guard also recorded 1 assist for the Wildcats, who are 5-7 on the season.
Bethune-Cookman's next game is 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 7 on the road against Florida A&M.
Redmon, a 5-foot-9 junior guard for Bethune-Cookman University, is a 2010 graduate of Clear Brook High School. She earned all-district honors her junior and senior years. She is the daughter of George and Shari Redmon and is a biology major.
