Weekly sales roundup for Pasadena, week ending Dec. 9
There were 45 sales in Pasadena for the week ending Dec. 9, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1211 Sequoia Lane. Bank Of America sold the home to Evaristo Cordova on Friday, Dec. 7. The 1,026-square-foot, three-bedroom, one-bath home was built in 1952 and is located in the District B neighborhood, in the Southmore Plaza subdivision.
Other transactions include the sale of 1005 Pauline Ave. to Francis T. Colello Jr., Margaret E. Colello and Vincent A. Colello and the sale of 3950 Salvador St. to Beverly Douhitt.
The District H neighborhood had the most sales in the area with eight, followed by District B with eight and District F with seven.
Sales volume was 36.3 percent higher than the previous week and 80 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Pasadena has averaged 30 sales per week during the last 12 months.
