There were 14 sales in Friendswood for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 3434 Queensburg Lane. TMI Inc. sold the home to Marcus N. Almon and Maureen P. Almon on Wednesday, Dec. 5.
