Sales roundup for Galveston, week ending Dec. 9
There were two sales in Galveston for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 614 34th St. Nicanor Prado Sr. and Ester L. Prado (Deceased) sold the home to Martin and Medina Holdings Inc. on Friday, Dec. 7.
Built in 2001, the 1,072-square-foot, two-bath home is located in the Cornerstone Place subdivision.
Other transactions include the sale of 4103 Sandhill Court to Randy G. Allen and Dianne D. Allen.
Sales volume was 50 percent lower than the previous week and 84.6 percent lower than the same week in 2011.
