Sales roundup for Clear Lake, week ending Dec. 9

There were 15 sales in Clear Lake for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 14317 Golf View Trail. James W. Bowen and Vanessa C. Bowen sold the home to Mala Gopal and Thandavarajan Gopalakrishnan on Friday, Dec. 7.
