Sales roundup for South Houston, week ending Dec. 9

There were 13 sales in South Houston for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 10619 Sagevale Lane. Jerry Brice sold the home to Michael Aaron Covey on Thursday, Dec. 6.

Built in 1975, the 1,879-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Kirkwood South subdivision.
