Clear Lake grad Lewis plays in Houston Baptist loss
Clear Lake High School graduate Rob Lewis scored four points as Houston Baptist lost 75-58 to LSU Friday, Dec. 28, at Maravich Center in Baton Rouge, La., the Houston Baptist website reported.
The freshman guard also recorded two rebounds and a steal for the Huskies, who are 4-8 on the season.
Houston Baptist's next game is 2:05 p.m. Monday, Dec. 31 at home against Army.
Lewis is a 2012 graduate of Clear Lake High School, where he was a three-year captain for coach Tommy Penders at Clear Lake High School. He averaged 17 points, five rebounds and four assists per game in high school. The business administration major is from Clear Lake and is the son of Robert and Marla Lewis.
