Weekly sales roundup for Taylor Lake Village, week ending Dec. 2

There were three sales in Taylor Lake Village for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 4351 Parkmead Drive. Donald P. Gandolfi, Kim G. Gandolfi and Thomas Reder sold the home to Hreal Company LLC on Thursday, Nov. 29. The 3,186-square-foot, five-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 1971 and is located in the Clear Lake Forest subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 4322 Kirby Oaks Drive North to Mohammad F. Azim and the sale of 610 Woodpark Drive to Brian William Stott and Tamra Gilliland Stott.
