Weekly sales roundup for Pasadena, week of Dec. 2

There were 30 sales in Pasadena for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2627 Dupont St. Donald Cohlmeyer sold the home to Rudolpho Lobo on Friday, Nov. 30. The 1,653-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1950 and is located in the District F neighborhood, in the Spencer Highway Gardens subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 6027 France Lane to Brittany Corbello and the sale of 1809 Jane Drive to Saltgrass Investments LLC.

The District E neighborhood had the most sales in the area with eight, followed by District B with five and District H with five.

Sales volume was 50 percent higher than the previous week and 11.1 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Pasadena has averaged 30 sales per week during the last 12 months.
