Weekly sales roundup for Galveston, week of Dec. 2
There were four sales in Galveston for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 28 San Jacinto Drive. Patricia Garthar Parma and Benjamin George Parma sold the home to Patricia Garthar Parma on Thursday, Nov. 29. The 1,793-square-foot, 1 1/2-bath home is located in the San Marino subdivision.
Other transactions include the sale of 1811 Ave. K to Robert Loring Bracht (Living Trust) and Robert Loring Bracht and the sale of 13625 Pirates Beach to John H. Lotterhos.
Sales volume was 33.3 percent higher than the previous week and 77.7 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Galveston has averaged 10 sales per week during the last 12 months.
