Weekly sales roundup for South Houston, week ending Dec. 2

There were seven sales in South Houston for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 10610 Halifax Brook St. Emily O. Nguyen sold the home to Tho Cao and Dinh Tran on Friday, Nov. 30. The 2,017-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Clear Brook Landing subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 10902 Sageyork Drive to Elizabeth Zometa and William Zometa and the sale of 10739 Sagewillow Lane to Bank Of America.

Sales volume was 75 percent higher than the previous week and 50 percent lower than the same week in 2011. South Houston has averaged seven sales per week during the last 12 months.
