Weekly sales roundup for Southeast Houston, week of Dec. 2

There were three sales in Southeast Houston for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 7606 El Rancho St. Gabriel Diaz sold the home to Maria Silvia Diaz on Wednesday, Nov. 28. The 1,096-square-foot, three-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath home was built in 1949 and is located in the Santa Rosa subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 7729 Buena Vista St. to Bank Of America.

Sales volume was 40 percent lower than the previous week and 50 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Southeast Houston has averaged six sales per week during the last 12 months.
