Weekly sales roundup for Texas City, week of Dec. 2

There were five sales in Texas City for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 1520 23rd Ave. N. Georgia Ann Meyer and Gary Hugh Decd Meyer sold the home to Georgia Ann Meyer on Wednesday, Dec. 28. The 2,469-square-foot, two-bath home was built in 1990 and is located in the Mainland Park subdivision.
