Splash Wines contest winner from League City
A League City resident has been named the winner in Splash Wine's "Toast Your Way to New York City" Facebook contest, sponsored by St. Francis Winery and Kobrand Wine and Spirits.
Lisa Coles and her husband will travel to the Big Apple in March, where the couple will celebrate their wedding anniversary by attending a Broadway show.
"This is a really nice treat because my husband and I decided beforehand that we couldn't afford a trip for our wedding anniversary, so we're really excited this came up," Coles said in a news release issued by Kobrand. "I've only been to New York City once, but I loved Times Square."
The Facebook contest ran from June to September.
