University of Houston's Ley to serve as division president for Association for Educational Communica
University of Houston-Clear Lake's Kathryn Ley, an associate professor of instructional technology, will serve as division president of distance learning within the Association for Educational Communications and Technology, it was recently announced.
University of Houston-Clear Lake's Kathryn Ley, an associate professor of instructional technology, will serve as division president of distance learning within the Association for Educational Communications and Technology, it was recently announced.
The Association for Educational Communications and Technology is an international professional association with activities directed toward improving instruction through technology.
According to a press release from University of Houston-Clear Lake, "AECT is one of the most recognized associations of instructional and educational technology information. It is involved in the designing of instruction as well as in designing a systematic approach to learning. Membership includes 24 state and six international affiliates, which provides an international forum for the exchange and dissemination of ideas."
