Friendswood grad Neuman plays in Mississippi College loss
Friendswood High School graduate Connor Neuman played for Mississippi College in a 82-60 loss to Rhodes Friday, Dec. 14, at Mallory Gymnasium in Memphis, according to the Mississippi College website.
The sophomore guard and the Choctaws are 4-3 on the season. Mississippi College's next game is 7:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17 at Hardin-Simmons.
Neuman played at Friendswood High School for coach Darren Chandler in 2006-2010, where he holds the school record for most three-pointers made in a career. He was also Second Team All-District as both a junior (2008-2009) and senior (2009-2010). He is the son of Steve and Beverly Neuman.
