Sales roundup for Pasadena, week ending Nov. 11

There were 27 sales in Pasadena for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2306 Merle St. Jose Cano, Jim G. Fox and Leslie Guajardo sold the home to Goebel Investments LLC on Friday, Nov. 9.

Built in 1953, the 1,255-square-foot, three-bedroom, one-bath home is in the District G neighborhood, in the Shaver Place subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 6311 Olson Lane to Linda Byrd and the sale of 3305 Bond St. to Jose Luis Elizondo.

The District H neighborhood had the most sales in the area with eight, followed by District C with five and District F with four.

Sales volume was 37.2 percent lower than the previous week and 6.8 percent lower than the same week in 2011.
