Sales roundup for Friendswood, week ending Nov. 11

There were 11 sales in Friendswood for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2209 Airline Drive. Howard S. Segal and Marita N. Segal sold the home to Gregory M. Bordelon and Diane C. Bordelon on Thursday, Nov. 8.

The 1,988-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home is in the Polly Ranch Estates subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 408 Glenlea Drive to Niki Vaughn and the sale of 607 Royal Oaks to Laura Lee Giroir.

The Heritage Park neighborhood had the most sales in the area with three.
