Sales roundup for Galveston, week ending Nov. 11
There were 10 sales in Galveston for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 4410 Antigua Drive. Juan Gracia and Mary Gracia sold the home to Gerome M. Goldick and Judy M. Gracia-Goldick on Thursday, Nov. 8.
Built in 1970, the 1,476-square-foot, one-bath home is in the Acapulco Village subdivision.
Other transactions include the sale of 2625 Gerol Drive to John W. Hornsby and Angela S. Hornsby and the sale of 46 W. Dansby Drive to Justin Kiefer and Kim Kiefer.
Sales volume was 100 percent higher than the previous week and nine percent lower than the same week in 2011.
