Sales roundup for Clear Lake, week ending Nov. 11

There were 19 sales in Clear Lake for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 15311 Cobre Valley Drive. Martha J. Griffin sold the home to Suleiman Arabie on Friday, Nov. 9.

Built in 1968, the 2,087-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bath home is in the Oakbrook West subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 15415 Banff St. to Mary Elizabeth Demeny and Roger Emil Demeny and the sale of 15919 Meadowside Drive to Chia-Hsun Wu.

Sales volume was 24 percent lower than the previous week and 11.7 percent higher than the same week in 2011.
